Welcome to the Centennial Figure Skating Club

The Centennial Figure Skating Club (CFSC) is dedicated to enabling life-long participation in skating for fun, fitness, and achievement. Our goal is to provide quality, affordable skating instruction to all club members in an environment that promotes personal achievement.

CFSC offers four skating programs: CanSkate (Learn-to-Skate), Pre-STARSkate (Learn-to-Figure Skate), STARSkate (Test & Competitive Programs), and AdultSkate. Our skating lessons are run by NCCP certified coaches, and are suitable for all ages and abilities, from preschoolers stepping on the ice for the first time to adult skaters with a passion for competition. These programs serve both recreational and competitive skaters.

Centennial Figure Skating Club: "Where families come to skate"

CANSKATE
Skaters of all ages learn best when they are active, engaged, moving, challenged, motivated and having fun. This is what Canskate is all about!

Skate Canada's new Canskate program, implemented this year at Centennial Figure Skating Club, is a learn-to-skate program that is geared to beginners of all ages. Taught in a group lesson format by Skate Canada professional coaches, the Canskater's learning environment is enhanced through fun, music, teaching aids, praise and feedback from coaches. The solid foundations of Agility, Balance and Control are taught using strategies such as circuits, the fast track, effective warm ups and cool downs and having skill progressions and repetition.

Session three starts January 24, 2013 You can register anytime before or on January 24th!
